Top Lashes Cancellation Policy

At Top Lashes Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. ​Appointment Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least  24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the booking value.
 

2. Emergencies

• We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience an emergency and need to reschedule within the 24-hour window, please call us directly at 0411 785 577. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

3. Fairness & Efficiency

• This policy enables us to operate efficiently, ensure fairness to all clients during peak times, and maintain the delivery of high-quality services and products at fair prices
